Working With Us

What to Expect Day-to-Day

The practical details of how we communicate, report, and stay accountable throughout every engagement.

Dedicated Point of Contact

One named project manager owns all communication. You always have one person to call, message, or email - no hunting through teams.

Weekly Status Reports

Every Friday a written report lands in your inbox - what was completed, what's in progress, any blockers, and the plan for next week.

Live Sprint Demos

A screen-share demo of everything built in that sprint. See working software - not slide decks. Give feedback before anything is finalised.

Shared Task Board

Read access to our project board from day one. See every task, its status, who owns it, and when it's due - without asking anyone.

Under 2-Hour Response SLA

For active support engagements, critical issues get a response within 2 hours during business hours. P1 issues - we're reachable outside hours too.

Full Documentation Handover

At project close you receive technical docs, admin guides, and runbooks - so your team understands what was built and can operate it independently.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you start?

For most engagements we can have a team assigned and onboarded within 5-10 business days of signing. Dedicated retainer teams typically ramp within 2 weeks. We don't do months-long procurement cycles.

Do you work with our existing internal team?

Yes - this is how most of our engagements work. We integrate into your existing team using your tools (Jira, Slack, Teams), attending your standups, and working inside your ServiceNow instance. We're an extension of your team, not a separate silo.

What happens after go-live?

Every project includes 30 days of hypercare at no extra cost - we monitor, respond, and fix any post-launch issues within hours. After that, we offer ongoing managed support retainers or you can operate independently with the documentation we hand over.

Are your developers ServiceNow certified?

Every engineer on your project holds active ServiceNow certifications - CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-SecOps, or CIS-ITOM depending on the module. We don't assign junior consultants learning on the job at your expense.

Can we start with a small project to test the relationship?

Absolutely - and we encourage it. Many of our longest client relationships started with a small fixed-price project. It's the best way to evaluate our team, our process, and our quality before committing to a longer engagement.

How do you handle scope changes mid-project?

We have a clear change request process built into every engagement. Minor changes are absorbed within sprint buffers. Significant scope changes are documented, costed, and approved before work begins - no surprise invoices.
